Enrollment

To enroll your child, you can contact us via phone, email, or through our contact form. We'll arrange a visit to our centre so you can see our facilities and meet our team. After that, we'll guide you through the registration process and required documentation.

We accept children from 3 months up to 3 years old. We have age-appropriate programs including Ladybirds (3-13 months), Caterpillars (13-18 months), Cocoons (18-24 months), and Butterflies (2-3 years).

Depending on the time of year and location, there may be a waiting list for certain age groups. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure a spot for your child.

You'll need your child's birth certificate, health card, vaccination records, and parent/guardian identification. We'll provide you with a complete checklist during the enrollment process.

We offer a FREE settling-in period to help your child adjust comfortably to their new environment. There are NO minimum hours required - we work with you to create a schedule that fits your family's needs.

Safety & Health

We have CCTV cameras in all rooms, EU-standard childcare equipment, secure entry systems, and rigorous safety protocols. All staff are trained in emergency procedures and paediatric first aid.

If your child becomes unwell, we'll contact you immediately. We have trained first-aiders on staff and follow strict health protocols. Children with contagious illnesses should stay home until they've recovered.

Yes, all our staff are certified in paediatric first aid and food handling. They also receive ongoing training in child safety and development.

We take allergies very seriously. Parents must inform us of any allergies during enrollment. We maintain allergy lists, train staff on managing allergies, and ensure meals are safe for all children.

Policies

Children with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious conditions should stay home until symptom-free for 24 hours. This protects all children and staff at our centres.

We understand that emergencies happen. However, consistent late pickups may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you're running late.

We hold regular workshops where parents can visit and interact with the children. Parents are also welcome to check in on their children by phone at any time.

We require one month's notice for withdrawal from our program. This allows us to manage enrolment and offer the space to waiting families.
